Front end sounding like a squeaky bed...
Lately I have noticed that my front end sounds like a squeaky bed when there is any load put on the front suspension. Is this the shocks or the bushings? It is really annoying and at times a little frustrating. any help?

bushings and arms need to be greased. i've seen other posts where guys use a grease gun with a needle valve to poke a hole into the bushing, then squeeze the grease in, then when done use some silicone rubber to plug up the hole. Ford didn't have the forethought to engineer grease fittings for most of the front end suspension points (I'm sure it had nothing to do with selling more replacement parts for suspensions, instead of just greasing them...LOL)

sounds like ball joints, lower ones. i had same problem with '99 150
and my '04 150. boots are blown out. replace them. their not expensive
and shops don't charge a whole lot to do it. look for aftermarket parts that offer grease fittings. not at autozone or those places.
